The aim of this calculator is to give you a glimpse of the viability of, and reasons for, acquiring property through a tax efficient pension structure. Our fees, though subject to annual reviews, are highly competitive and should they not pale into insignificance when compared with the tax savings and income, we’ll be first to advise that you find another route to ownership.
Our fees, as displayed here, are a simplification of what gets paid, for what services and to whom. In reality you could pay less, and we’d welcome the opportunity to find that out for you and to clarify what happens to the fund over the years and the impact on your business.

Third party costs explained
We offer a highly professional package of services, most of which are delivered in-house. However, we need the services of others such as expert Solicitors and environmental screeners.
We can never know, at the start of a transaction, what fees will fall due to any third party but we would always keep you informed and we are always happy to discuss this further with you.
In any event, we only work with people who know how to get things done in your interests so you can be totally confident that your fees are well spent and are good value for money.
